Shiney Darla (Smart Shiner x Tari Darlin) - Darla is one of the newer additions to HLA. She is a 2008 mare that was purchased from Fallon Taylor of Dynasty Equine but was bred, raised, and trained by Carol Rose! Her pedigree is full of greats from being an own daughter of Carol Rose's stallion Smart Shiner, a Shining Spark son, and out of a Tari's Catalyst daughter. This 14.1h mare is as catty and as pretty as they come and is already finishing in 3D for barrel racing without being pushed!
Go Ahead N Look (Kidlook x Conclusive Ruthie) - Layla is a gorgeous, big 2006 sorrel mare. Layla was sold to a good friend of the family that continues to be apart of HLA.
Layla has a stunning head, tons of stretch with a beautiful neck, and a huge hip. She had a gorgeous 2011 look alike filly, Luna, by Seven S Sport Model that really showed how well Layla could produce! Luna is now getting for an 2011 Illinois Futurity by being started by Pam herself and finished by Kent and Dawn Allen while Layla is also beginning her show career.
